- Design for conversion of existing controls to new Direct Digital Controls compatible with existing Siemens base-wide DDC system. The control drawings furnished with the RFP serve as the basis for identifying specific systems and quantities of control devices to be installed in four buildings. The system included 502 total points. Our design services included the Electrical Design required for providing nw power feeds to stand-alone DDC panels and the conversion of existing inlet vanes to Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's) at four Air Handling Units. Also provided Third-Party Commissioning Agent Services as part of the project.
